Like other recent events in Hong Kong, this re-scheduling is necessary due to the outbreak of Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS)in Hong Kong and other countries. visitors alike continue to express both their strong desire to attend this successful fair and their health concerns due to SARS.
