Number of immitations and merchandises infringing the StretchFur patent have been rapidly increased due to needs on the Fashion trend such as (1) Elasticity (2) Softer hand feel, and (3) Lighter weight even for the fur garment.
Under such circumstance, the major department stores and others have been
requesting us to consider how to further make sure that the merchandises supplied both by us and the official licensees are genuine.As a countermeasure against the requests, it is decided to attach a woven label as per the picture on this page to the all StretchFur garment and accessory, that the both of we and the official licensees will ship to the all patent designated countries from now onwards. The woven label is folded at the centre. for jacket and coat, it is basically sewn on the left inside seam at about 5-10cm upper from the hem together with washing care labels and other labels. for StretchFur garment other than jacket and coat, we are requesting buyer to instruct us about position of the woven and also way to attach it. We are going to take neccessary steps against any infringement upon found in order to protect StretchFur buyer's profit and appreciate if you would let us know any information for immitations and merchandises infringing the StretchFur patent. |
